We had some leftovers and got pizza one night so there are some carryovers from last week...

baked ziti  We were all out of Nidos sauce so I used a different sauce.  Would have been so good with Nidos.

stout and chicken stew  (see photo below)  this was good if you would like a chicken alternative to the Guinness Stew.

caribbean rub pork with mango salad

chicken potpie I used only frozen corn and peas then used fresh carrots and mushrooms.  Since Eric likes spice, I added some red pepper flakes.
