This is my cousin's curried potato recipe. I liked hers better than how mine turned out, although it was still very good...(finding out what type of curry powder she used). This is the last of our garden's purple beans. I barely sauted them to keep the purple color...have to like your beans on the raw side if you want them to stay true to the color.
